An artifact is conventionally defined as an object or architectural item that was created by a human being and which has a historical relevance. The artifact is essentially an artificial object that references a certain period of time and thus manifests its own material irrelevance in the present. We can understand the artifact as an object that has lost its primal function but whose secondary life is not completely obsolete because of the narrative nature driven by its aesthetic.
This piece was moderately improvised in the sense that it was created with the remnants of broken furniture that I found lying around my neighborhood.
